Schedule:
Saturday arrive by 10 am. Sunny Beach Excursion til 12pm. Captain Melissa Nautical Voyage 1-3pm. Sunset Restorative Yoga and Soundbath 7:30pm. Early to bed, early to rise. Lights out at 10pm.Â
Sunday Sunrise Beach Yoga 6:30am. Optional Beach Cleanup. Journaling/Vision Board work 9:30-11am. Day guests arrive by 10am. Sunny Beach Excursion til 12pm. Captain Melissa Nautical Voyage 1-3pm. Depart Galveston.
