Schedule:
Saturday arrive by 11 am. 12pm. Beach time until 1:30pm. Captain Melissa Nautical Voyage 3-5:30pm. Sunset Restorative Yoga and Soundbath 7:30pm. Early to bed, early to rise. Lights out at 10pm.Â
Sunday Sunrise Beach Yoga 6:30am. Optional Beach Cleanup. Journaling/Vision Board work 9:30-11am. Day guests arrive by 11am. Beach time until 1pm Captain Melissa Nautical Voyage 2-4pm. Depart Galveston.
