Schedule:
Day 1
Saturday arrive by 11 am. Intention circle til 12 pm. Light lunch (pack a lunch) at Bay House. Captain Melissa Nautical Voyage 2-4:30 pm Dolphin Cruise. Dinner  (pack or order out for pickup) at Bay House. Sunset Restorative Yoga and Soundbath 7:30 pm early to bed, early to rise. Lights out at 10pm.Â
Day 2
Sunday Sunrise Beach Yoga 6:30 am Optional Beach Cleanup Captain Melissa Nautical Voyage 10-12 pm Birdwatching Cruise. Lunch (pack or order out for pickup) at Bay House. Journaling/Vision Board work 1:30 - 3 pm. Depart by 4 pm. Optional Beach time until 4 pm.Â
