Yoga breathing exercises can help you connect to your pelvic floor. Learn how to use yoga breathing exercises, or pranayama, to make deeper connections to your pelvic floor and core muscles. When working with private clients I will create sequences especially for them. These exercises are beneficial to us all, so as my blog content and classes grow, I will continue to upload these sequences onto the blog so we can all have a reference.
