Amanda has a very calming and soothing presence. She explains each pose in a way that speaks to both newbies and experienced yogis equally. She is a wealth of knowledge and I learn something each time we practice together. I often go to her when a pose has me stumped and always come away with new insight. I cannot recommend Amanda enough!
Amanda leads a fabulous triangle workshop! She really knows her product and has a calm, educational, fun vibe! You will definitely get a release and deeper stretch with the triangles! Highly recommend!
